Harley-Davidson® Give Away Official Rules:

1. No Purchase Necessary. A purchase, quote, or payment of any kind is not necessary to entry nor will it increase chances of winning.

2. Sponsors. The Harley-Davidson® Give Away (the "Give Away") is sponsored by Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson®, 2977 Corporate Grove Drive, Hudsonville, Michigan 49426 (the "Sponsor").

3. Timing. The Give Away will begin on 11/26/18 and continue monthly, until 12/22/18 @ 4:30PM EST.

4. Entry. Participants may enter to win by completing an entry form daily at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson®. Participants may enter for one chance to win each day and twice on Sunday's. Each contestant may have a maximum of 30 entries.

5. Eligibility. The Give Away is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older holding a valid driver's license. Employees of the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, including employees of Fox Motors, are not eligible to participate or win. Participation constitutes contestants' full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Give Away. Void where prohibited by law. Federal, state, and local regulations apply.

6. Selection of Winner. One winner will be randomly selected on 12/22/18 (the "Winner"). The Winner will be notified by 4:35pm on 12/22/18.

7. Prize. The Grand Prize is a 2017 Sportster® 48 (the "Prize"). The estimated retail value of the Prize is $12,000. The Prize is not transferable and no substitutions will be made. The chances of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

8. Taxes. The Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes relating to the Prize and for paying any expenses associated with the Prize that are not specifically provided for in these Official Rules. The Winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before the Prize will be awarded. As required by law, the Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 from the Sponsor at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. All taxes are the responsibility of the Winner.

9. Publicity. Participation in the Give Away constitutes the Winner's consent to the Sponsor and their respective agents' use of the Winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. Release. The Winner, by acceptance of the Prize, agrees to release the Sponsor and their principals, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, and/or representatives, and any other person or entity associated with the Give Away from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to person and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of the Prize. The Sponsors and the persons and entities previously mentioned above expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use and enjoyment of the Prize.

11. Jurisdiction and Venue. By entering the Give Away, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of the Give Away shall be adjudicated in the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

12. General Conditions. The Sponsor reserve the right to cancel or modify the Give Away if fraud, technical failures, illicit activity or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Give Away, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it fines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Give Away or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Pursuant to MCL 750.372, the Give Away is a "promotional activity" that is calculated by the Sponsor to promote a business enterprise for the sale of their products or services.
