Everyone was great. I dinged the service department slightly because we had to wait an awfully long time on parts. If I am being honest it wasn't their fault though, as everyone is waiting on shipping this year, it just detracted from the excitement having to wait so long on delivery. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly from our Sales rep (Ron) to service (Jimmy). It was so good I've bought a total of three bikes this year.

I was skeptical like anyone when I went in to the Harley shop, but the whole team there; Austin in sales, Jimmy in service to Allison in finance, were absolutely incredible. I cant even begin to explain how amazing Shawn was. This guy is 100% why we bought a Harley. He is so full of knowledge and easy to talk to. He never pushed us once and even encouraged us to test bikes elsewhere because he knew he wanted us to have the best bike that fits us, even if it wasnt a Harley. All I have to say is there is no going back now. The team welcomed us so warmly and never made us feel like beginners, even though we were. Several people patiently stayed past closing time just so we could get the bike So personal... gosh I could keep going on about the amazing things this crew did from offering to buy us lunch while we wait for the insurance company, to giving me a shirt just because I was there through the whole process too. I am 100% coming back in the spring to purchase my own bike and Ill for sure be buying it from Shawn! Thank you everyone at Harley for being so awesome!

I watched an Employee and He always seemed to be in Every Department, always working and always helping a customer. Even when he seemed to be "on a mission" He still took the time to say hello to every customer and always with a smile. He noticed I was looking at some boots an stopped to ask if I needed any help finding anything, He seemed to be busy but still took the time to help. When I cashed out buying my new boots, I asked who that guy was. Just wanted to let you know that you have a GREAT Customer Service person in Ben and I hope you appreciate it because GREAT employees like that get offered GREAT jobs by people who notice GREAT work ethic. GRHD has the BEST Service anywhere. My bike broke down on the way to work. Without a blink, they sent Ben from Service to pick my girl up and take her straight to the dealer. They were packed as usual but, the team made time to take a look at my baby right away. They were able to not only fix my bike but, do the scheduled maintenance as well. I am always welcomed with a smile and a hug when I walk into GRHD. From the sales team to the guy who washed her up for me, they are simply the best. I tell everyone i know to head straight there when looking to buy a bike. This team is second to none. they really know what customer service is all about.

I purchased a 2018 Ultra Limited Low back in April 2018 of which my wife and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone treated us like family and celebrity, all rolled into one. It was exciting and actually fun to purchase a new Harley from this dealership. Of particularly interest, I went to the dealership a few weeks ago to find out how to install accessory lights to my new bike. The instructions were less than helpful, so I approached a few guys for help. Everyone was busy that Friday morning, but the guys from both service as accessories jumped in to help. The service manager and Jimmy were removing side covers on bikes to help me find the connection point for my light wiring. Jimmy definitely went above and beyond, for he had stopped by during his day off with this small daughter. He wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing before heading back up to Rockford. Once home, my hard saddle bag lights were installed in minutes. Finally, I came in over a week ago for my 1000 mile fluid change and check up. That experience went very well, as anticipated. Again, kudo's to these guys... Jimmy, Aleksandra and Dan for helping me with the accessory connection project. I cannot think of any other dealership in the country doing a better job than the fine ladies and gentlemen of Grand Rapids Harley Davidson!

Kudos to Jimmy Eddy who has been my Service Advisor for several years. He always has a friendly greeting, and is always willing to help me learn more about my bike. He has learned to know my needs as a service customer (as I suspect he does with all customers), so when I come in with a problem or to simply schedule routine service, he is ready with a solution that is good for me. I've never had him pressure me for something I don't need or want, but is careful to review all options for the work I want to accomplish and recommend other things that might be accomplished during a service visit. I always leave the service area with confidence, feeling like I've be represented well by him with the rest of the service team. Well done, Jimmy Eddy!!

Hello everyone. I recently had an issue that stumped me. My bike quit and wouldn't start. I had my bike towed by GR H-D and they were on site in very little time. Thanks for that. They found and fixed the problem and it was very inexpensive. Some charges were waived and I was very happy with my experience. When or If I ever have another problem. This review is strictly about the Riding Academy and not the other departments. It's been 15 years since I got on a bike and the instructors got me feeling confident about my riding skills. They were professional, patient (especially when some of the students were having trouble), and trained to standards set by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Just graduated from the riding academy and I have to say, I am impressed with not only the instructor but his ability to teach the skills needed to ride our roads in the safest way there is. Real world skills that every rider should have! We also recently bought a Harley through a private party but only after spending time listening to all the information Ron had to give us. Great guy and helped us so much with our Harley purchase even though we did not buy it thru the dealership. That is the customer service every dealership should strive for!
